Violet Gautreau, Co-President

Violet Gautreau is Co-President of the Recording Artists Project and a 3L at Harvard Law School. She graduated from Princeton University, where she majored in English and received certificates in Theater, Music Theater, and American Studies. Prior to law school, she was an Analyst at KKL LLP, a litigation boutique in New York. While at HLS, she interned in the General Counsel’s Office at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, externed in the Criminal Bureau’s Appeals Division at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, and was a summer associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York. This year, she is interning at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. 
On campus, she also serves on the Editorial Board of the Harvard Journal of Law & Gender, as a Senior Articles Editor for the Harvard Journal of Sports & Entertainment Law, and as a member of the HLS Drama Society. After graduation, Violet will return to KKL as an Associate. 

Hayley Jaffe, Director of Client Development and Intake 

Hayley is a 3L from Scarsdale, New York. She graduated from Harvard College in 2020, where she majored in Social Studies and sang in an a cappella group. Before law school, she worked as an investment banking analyst, received a Master’s in Jewish Studies from the University of Oxford, and was a junior paralegal. At HLS, Hayley is involved in the Recording Artists Project, the Board of Student Advisers, and the Jewish Law Students Association. She spent her 2L summer at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York and her 1L summer at Kirkland & Ellis in New York. In her free time, Hayley loves traveling, ranking restaurants on Beli, and watching New York sports teams.

Esther Huescas, Client Development and Intake Coordinator 

Esther Huescas is a 2L from Chicago, IL. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2023. After graduating she spent the following two years as an immigration paralegal in Chicago aiding in removal defense cases. At HLS she is involved in La Alianza, First Class, Student Government, HLALR, and the Cyberlaw Clinic. In her free time she likes to try new restaurants, stay active, and spend time with loved ones. 

Alice Lee, Director of Project Oversight 

Alice Lee is a second-year student at Harvard Law School. She graduated from Seoul National University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Before law school, Alice worked as a paralegal at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. During her 1L summer, she was a summer associate at Lee & Ko in Seoul, where she worked on cross-border M&A and intellectual property matters. Since the fall of her 1L year, Alice has been involved with the Recording Artists Project at Harvard Law School, where she has served as a team lead. She enjoys a wide range of music, from musical theater and K-pop to classical music. 

Arianna Donato, Director of Project Oversight 

Arianna Donato is a J.D. candidate at Harvard Law School and the Oversight Director of the Recording Artists Project, where she helps coordinate student legal teams representing artists and works with Team Leads and supervising attorneys to ensure clients’ needs are met. Before law school, Arianna earned a B.M. in Music Business from New York University, with minors in Law & Society and Studio Art. At NYU, she was involved with WNYU and spent a semester at NYU Madrid, where she served as President of the Latinx Student Union. Arianna is particularly interested in music, intellectual property, and the intersection of law, technology, and the creative industries. She was born and raised in Puerto Rico. 

Rachel Barkin, Director of Membership Development and Recruiting 

Rachel Barkin is a 3L passionate about music law, specifically copyright litigation. She loves writing, running, skiing, and spending quality time with friends. 

Vincent Williams, Director of Events 

Vincent is a second-year student at Harvard Law School. He graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2024 with a B.M. in Music Business/Management. He has been involved with the Recording Artists Project since 2022, first joining as a project team member while attending Berklee. 
 
Prior to starting law school, Vincent worked as a legal assistant at Serling Rooks Hunter, a music and entertainment law firm in New York. Vincent spent his 1L summer with the Authors Guild in New York, researching copyright issues presented by AI, ongoing AI litigation, and legislative efforts to protect rights holders.

Olivia Graceffa, Special Director for Symposium

Olivia Graceffa is a second-year student at Harvard Law School and serves as Symposium Director for the Recording Artists Project. She spent her 1L summer as a Business & Legal Affairs Intern at Sony Music Vision, working across film, television, and music projects. Before law school, Olivia worked as a strategy consultant and in independent theatre and opera as a performer, designer, and deviser. She graduated from Williams College, where she studied Chemistry and Theatre. 

Meghna Adhikari, Communications Director  

Meghna (JD ’27, she/her) is a 3L from Kathmandu, Nepal. She studied Sociology and English, with a minor in Peace and Conflict Studies, at Grinnell College before coming straight to law school. She spent her 1L summer at Macmillan Publishers and her 2L summer at Paul, Weiss, New York. 

At HLS, Meghna is most involved in the Harvard Fashion Law Association (HFLA), the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project (HLEP), the Harvard International Law Journal (HILJ), the Coalition of International Students and Global Affairs (CISGA), and of course, RAP. She has held on-campus positions as a research assistant, OCS peer advisor and writing fellow, and is also a proud member of Section 6. 

Alexandra Gold, Sponsorships Director 

Alexandra Gold is the Sponsorships Director for RAP and a current 2L. Prior to law school, Alexandra received her BA from Georgetown University and received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Boston University. Outside of RAP, Alexandra serves on the Editorial Board of the Harvard Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law.
